5. Station location. (e.g., Hefei Innovation Institute, No. 2666 Xiyou Road, High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province)
6. Station photos. (1-3 images under 1MB each)
7. Company business license. (License image showing the unified social credit code and official seal clearly)
8. Station positioning. (Share the station's location or latitude/longitude coordinates in the WeChat business group)
9. Charging pile serial numbers. (Pile serial numbers and pile type information)
10. Pricing information. (Set electricity price and service fee based on four time-of-use periods: peak, sharp, flat, and valley; for pricing details, click: Modify Pile Price)
11. Corporate bank account. (Required for automatic settlement, information includes: collection account number, collection account name, receiving bank clearing number, settlement cycle)

1. Provide the required station setup materials to the relevant technical staff.
2. Log in to the ZKZC backend system, click Pile Station Management > Station Management > Add New, fill in the relevant information based on the station setup materials, and click the Add button.
3. After the station is created, click Price Management under Pile Station Management, add a price template, and set the pricing information from the station setup materials.
4. After pricing is configured, click Pile Station Management > Pile Management > Add New, select the price template you just added, enter the pile serial number, select the corresponding pile model in the type template, and click Submit.
5. After all piles are set up, submit the corporate bank account information to the technical staff, who will configure automatic settlement for you.
6. At this point, station setup is complete. If you need to integrate with Amap service, please provide the company business license from the station setup materials to the technical staff.

1. Check for hardware issues.
2. Check if the network is normal and if the IoT card has outstanding fees.
3. If none of the above issues apply, proceed to Step 2.

1. Check if the charging pile screen shows a communication error with the backend.
2. Check if the backend system shows the status as non-offline or single gun offline for dual-gun piles.
3. If the above conditions are met, click the Reset Status button and wait a few minutes.
4. If the issue persists, proceed to Step 3.

1. After clicking the Reset Status button and waiting a few minutes, if connection still fails, power cycle the charging pile offline and wait for reconnection.
2. If the issue still persists, wait a few minutes and contact technical support.
